The ideal candidate will be working in the digital marketing team for performance marketing in Teji Mandi. She/He will help running, manage & optimise campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter.
Responsibilities
- Help manage all paid channels including Google, Facebook & Twitter
- Creating performance marketing reports to understand spends, CPL, CAC etc
- Use MMP tools like Adjust/Appsflyer to draw analytics and insights
- Work on weekly & monthly dashboards to showcase performance
Candidates should have
- Minimum 2 years experience in Digital marketing preferably from Financial services background
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Able to work independently
Responsibilities
- The role involves managing all social media assets & ORM for Teji Mandi.
- She/He will be driving the brand agenda to increase engagement and organic traffic to website/app

Social Media Management
- Work closely with content & design team to plan monthly engagements for all platforms Guide the studio, design & content team on current social media trends and get them executed Guide internal team on the results of campaigns through data and plan together on how to improve it
- Create & present strategies on improving social media engagement
- Track competition numbers, new initiatives, and competitive benchmarking monthly
- New process implementation to build efficiencies for Social Media efforts
- Daily social media operation management
- Being the owner & custodian of Social media in the team
- Regular data reporting & monthly dashboard presentations reporting to the management ORM Management
- Ensure the ORM efforts are implemented to drive the positive brand reputation across Digital Platforms
- Ensure effective use of the ORM tool
- Implement the daily response management to queries
- Work closely with Customer Support, Tech, Sales & Revenue team for addressing customer query resolution
- Managing the TAT for first level responses and bringing efficiencies in overall TAT responses
- Regular data reporting & monthly dashboard presentations reporting to the management
Candidates should have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Social Media & ORM preferably from Financial services background
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and new trends
- Team player, able to work with diverse teams

The content writer at Teji Mandi will be responsible for marketing communications for acquisition & retention. He/she will get an opportunity to build & structure the brand language & content across blogs, emails, ads, videos & social media.
Job Overview:
- Understand financial and stock market concepts, and simplify them for our readers.
- Write copy for various media, including social, print, video, and online.
- Create digital content, including blogs, briefs, infographics and articles for Teji Mandi products and portfolios.
- Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Industry analysis to understand the various content pieces and stay updated with new trends.
- Find and develop new ideas for website content and blogs.
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
- Set up copy guidelines and work closely with the brand & design team.
- Adhere to and maintain brand tonality across all content pieces.
- Map performance for the content and constantly make amendments to increase performance.
Candidate Should Have:
- 2-4 years of experience in copywriting or content writing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
- Understanding of marketing platforms and user experience.
The graphic designer will be responsible for static graphic design along with video & podcast editing
Responsible for
- Creatives for customer acquisition & retention team in form of facebook ads, email banners, google display banners etc
- Video & podcast editing for reels & youtube video
- Ensuring there is consistency across all brand communication
- Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Candidates should have
- 2+ years of experience in design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, branding and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, CorelDraw, and other graphic design softwares
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Update to date with latest design trends & formats used in social media

Responsible for
- Entire life cycle management of Teji Mandi customers – subscription, investment, renewal & referral
- Outbound & inbound calls to Teji Mandi customers, helping them subscribe, invest, transact & rebalance through our platforms
- Ownership of daily, weekly & monthly targets for subscribers ,investments & AUA collected
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, whenever required
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Set up meetings with HNI clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Candidates should have
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a relationship manager or Sales Executive in broking/insurance
- Knowledge of smallcase is not mandatory however preferable<
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Smart and Quick learner
- Ready to work in a start-up environment
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
