In terms of major cities, Delhi leads with 56% of new job opportunities, followed by Bengaluru and Mumbai at 53% and 52%, respectively. Jaipur is emerging as a prime destination for new job locations with 14%, closely followed by Bengaluru, Chennai, and Vadodara, each at 13%.
The report highlights sustained hiring growth in key metro cities and emerging opportunities in tier 2 cities due to significant infrastructure development, policy incentives, and expansion in green energy capacity.

The employment outlook for the energy sector was based on a survey of 1,417 employers across 23 industry segments. Approximately 62% of respondents indicated they are expanding their workforce, 20% anticipate reductions, and the remaining 18% foresee no change.
Engineering roles are in high demand, with 67% of respondents indicating increased job opportunities in this area. Sales positions are also highly sought after, with 60% of participants hiring for these roles.
