The content writer at Teji Mandi will be responsible for marketing communications for acquisition & retention. He/she will get an opportunity to build & structure the brand language & content across blogs, emails, ads, videos & social media.

Job Overview:

  • Understand financial and stock market concepts, and simplify them for our readers.
  • Write copy for a variety of media, including social, print, video, and online.
  • Create digital content including blogs, briefs, info graphics and articles for Teji Mandi products and portfolios.
  • Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
  • Industry analysis to understand the various content pieces and stay up to date with any new trends.
  • Find and develop new ideas for website content and blogs.
  • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
  • Set up copy guidelines and work closely with the brand & design team.
  • Adhere and maintain brand tonality across all content pieces.
  • Map performance for the content and constantly make amendments to increase performance. 

Candidate should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in copywriting or content writing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice.
  • Understanding of marketing platforms and user experience.

What will you do?

You will be part of the growth-engagement team at Teji Mandi, handling operationsfor engagement activities to connect with users in a meaningful way. You will share the responsibility of end-to-end planning and execution of various CRM channels (E-mail, Notification and SMS, tonameafew!).You will drive initiatives to engage, drive subscription growth and retain users on the app.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • The person would be the owner of the relationship with the customer across all channels like PUSH, SMS, Email, Whatsapp, IVR, journeys, botsetc 
  • Work closely with the product team to get necessary events added on Netcore so that communication can be customised as perusercohorts 
  • Build custom segments and journeys to improve retention across segments; Build custom journeys for activation of users usingCRM channels 
  • Ensure that the right messaging is communicated on the right channel 
  • Proposition development through concept testing for various marketing campaigns. 
  • Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for all CLM initiatives. 
  • Manage the monthly, weekly and daily report creation. 
  • Analyse conversations on support channels ( Freshchat, E-mail, WhatsApp, etc.,)to get insights for product and marketing teams. 
  • Identify keyContent/propositions to reduce churn for various cohorts and minimize it by setting up churn prevention lifecycles as well as win-back campaigns

Who Should Apply? 

  • 2+years of professional experience in customer retention/CRM marketing 
  • Well-versed with one or more CRM and marketing automation tools such as Netcore Cloud, CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc. 
  • Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping setup, etc
  • Should be able to strategize and execute campaigns and link them to the organizational goals. 
  • Track-record in experimenting continuously with new strategies and frameworks.
  • Should have strong analytical skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach.
  • Prior start up experience will be a plus.

What are the problems we are trying to solve? 

  • There is a lack of time to track each company, understand stock fundamentals and track technicals for non-professional investors. 
  • As an investor, there is also confusion in picking the right stock/investment product and trusting someone for advice.
  • Many advisors and distributors charge hefty commissions for advice – and missell products that give them the highest commissions.

What will the Product Manager solve at Teji Mandi?

They will have the onus of driving and prioritizing the product roadmap with inputs from our internal teams, customers, and external partners. The core areas will be around improving and building features for

  • Onboarding and product subscription flow 
  • Making Investments in our products simple 
  • Analyze drop-off points and improve communications (push notifications, emails, WhatsApp) with customers 
  • Investments – how do we simplify a complex problem for users whilst still giving the right product that works for their budget?

Areas of Responsibility Include: 

  • Responsible for engagement, retention, and reactivation funnel and marketing activities and focus on improving product metrics (DAU, MAU, Retention, etc)
  • Develop strategies to improve direct marketing channels with impactful retention strategies. 
  • Work closely with the product team to get necessary events added on Netcore so that communication can be customized as per user cohorts 
  • Work closely with product, UX/design engineering to enable growth and partner marketing initiatives to drive bottom-line conversion. 
  • Responsible for creating monthly/quarterly plans for critical retention metrics (Repeat Rate, Activation Rate, Resurrection Rate) and ensuring the achievement of the same. 
  • Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for all CLM initiatives. Who Should Apply?
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retention marketing/growth roles. 
  • Prior startup experience. 
  • Well versed with visual analytics tool like GA, MixPanel, Amplitude, Hotjar etc
  • Well-versed with major digital marketing channels and tools.

What does success look like in this role?

Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to create a roadmap and deliver on it. Work closely with stakeholders across business, marketing, sales, compliance, etc. to develop product strategies addressing the specific needs of each customer. Simply put, someone who can improve our core metrics with ruthless prioritisation. Ability to identify root causes. Breaks the larger organisation’s product strategy into smaller pieces required for execution.
This is someone who has worked with technology and marketing teams for a growing business and made decisions by always leveraging data. Comfortable to pivot quickly basis priorities. Someone who can work towards the product by marrying data with deep user empathy. Users are their North Star, always.

The Social Media Executive at Teji Mandi will be responsible for scaling properties across multiple social media channels. The candidate has to execute the social media strategy and deliver relevant KPIs such as followers, engagement and others.

Job Overview

  • Grow social media accounts of Teji Mandi, especially Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, LinkedIn etc. 
  • Fulfil KPI for specific platforms to report the ROI.
  • Manage day to day coordination with the counterpart in the other teams. 
  • Publish, monitor and report the performance of each asset (post).
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, and benchmarking and audience identification.
  • Optimise brand pages to increase the company’s social content visibility. 
  • Create & execute monthly social media calendars and schedules.
  • Analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then act on the information.

Candidate should have: 

  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in growing social media properties. 
  • Ability to research, analyse and apply necessary inputs. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs. 
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hoot suite, Buffer, and others.
