REFUND POLICY

To apply for a refund, the client must submit a detailed form containing the following information to support@tejimandi.com

 

  • Name :
  • Aadhaar Number:
  • PAN Number:
  • Mobile Number:
  • Subscribed Product(s):
  • Start Date of Subscription:
  • End Date of Subscription:
  • Reason for a Refund:

 The RA shall issue a refund (on a pro-rata basis for unused service period, where applicable) under the following conditions:

  • Upon SEBI’s suspension or cancellation of RA registration.
  • In cases where mandatory KYC verification fails due to technical issues.
  • For duplicate payments received for the same portfolio.
  • If the client is identified on the SEBI debarred list.
  • Where client services cannot continue under provisions of PMLA.
  • For exceptional or miscellaneous issues deemed valid by the RA.
  • When a client’s subscribed plan is active, and services are discontinued, refund will be provided pro-rata for the remaining period.

Refunds Will Not Be Applicable in the Following Scenarios (as per SEBI RA Regulations & MITC):

1. Where the client’s expectation is beyond the scope of RA services, such as:

  • Requesting new trades/stock ideas at fixed time intervals (hourly/daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Expecting guaranteed or assured returns.
  • Seeking advisory on their existing personal portfolio (outside the subscribed RA product).
  • Seeking advice on IPOs or other products not covered under the RA registration.
  • Being dissatisfied with the stock selection within the recommended model portfolio.

2. Where the client raises refund requests on grounds unrelated to deficiency of RA services, such as dissatisfaction with market performance or personal investment expectations.
3. Any request that is inconsistent with the scope of services permitted under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014 and the Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) issued by SEBI.
